Now serving as a General Practitioner serving others through her experiences and talking about the importance of mental health and wellness. This episode also highlights her involvement in Cult Chat, a podcast she co-runs focusing on navigating from high-control groups and the consequences of childhood trauma. The conversation with the host takes a deeper look at adverse childhood experiences and the need for trauma-informed care in health and education sectors.
